The Northern Lights project will provide the infrastructure and support to renew growth, development, and economic vitality along the Chester Road Corridor, restoring it to a place of pride for those who live, work, and visit Sharonville.

The project is funded by tax increment financing (T.I.F.) dollars and will not increase general taxes or decrease any public services.

City Bulletin

While the Master Plan for Public Improvements and Private Development is being prepared, the City has in place a Moratorium on Private Development in the Chester Road Corridor. The Moratorium is due to expire on Aug. 28, 2007.

There will be a public hearing as part of the Aug 14, 2007 Sharonville City Council meeting to extend the Development Moratorium for an additional 180 days. The Council Meeting will be held at 7:00 p.m. at Sharonville City Building, 10900 Reading Road, Sharonville, Ohio.
